It works wonderfully when your child isn't quite ready to swim yet still wants to play in the water. The soft edges filled with water act as a sprinkler, and the water collected inside is sufficient for splashing. Just connect the mat to a garden hose for streams of water to flow freely upwards like a real fountain.
With an optimal diameter of 100 cm, it fits easily into any garden. The bottom of the mat is made from thick PVC material, 0.25 mm thick, BPA-free, and very durable. The package includes 3 repair patches.
