This game perfectly combines gymnastics with great fun! The judge spins the arrow and indicates the color to which you have to move your foot or hand. The main task is to maintain balance while standing on hands and feet on various colorful areas of the mat, which is not easy in close company with other players.

The mat will provide your children with plenty of fun while improving their muscles, agility, flexibility, and elasticity. If there are more than two players, the game becomes even more interesting. In this case, players can alternate movements – making it trickier and more exciting. When more people are playing, teams can be formed, and any variation or idea will only enrich the gameplay.

Rules of the Up and Down game:

  1. Players must place their hand or foot (specifically, their palm or foot) on the indicated field.
  2. After making your move, you cannot move anymore.
  3. If all six fields of a certain color are occupied, spin the arrow again.
  4. If the judge indicates a hand/foot and the color where you are currently standing, you must move to another field of the same color.
  5. If you lean on the mat with your elbow or knee, or fall onto the mat – you are out of the game!
  6. The winner is the one who stays on the mat the longest!!!

Rules of the mini Up and Down game:

  1. Spin the pointer located on the target.
  2. The pointer will indicate which finger to use and what color to place it on.
  3. Place your fingers according to the information on the target, remember to make the game as difficult as possible for others.
  4. The last person who can stay on the playing field wins.
  5. The set includes additional stickers to diversify the game.

This game is designed for children from the age of 5 and has a CE certificate. The number of players is 2+.
